Donna Flynn
is the CEO, president and founder of SkillsMastery Group. A native
of Chicago, Donna began her career with The Northern Trust Company,
one of the Midwest's largest and oldest financial services institutions,
where she marketed banking and public finance services to government
entities. After five years with The Northern, Donna joined Chicago's
Bank One to start up a similar operation. She moved steadily
upward in the organization and at the age of 29, was named President
and Market Manager for eight banks throughout the Chicago area.
In this role she managed all retail, private banking, business
banking, affiliate and community relationships. Under her leadership,
the organization was the first bank to receive the 1997 Business
of the Year award.
In 1998,
Donna moved into executive and corporate coaching for several
subsidiaries of Bank One, where she coached the executive leadership
team and helped develop the organization's future leaders. During
this time, the organization experienced substantial increases
in sales and customer retention.
Donna founded
her own firm in 1999. SkillsMastery Group offers executive coaching,
training and consulting in management and leadership skills for
individuals and organizations. She helps clients achieve and
maintain the focus, discipline and resources they need to achieve
the extraordinary results they desire.
Education
and Training
Northwestern
University awarded Donna a bachelor's degree in Economics. She
is active in the coaching community and serves on the Organizational
Coaching Committee of the International Coaching Federation.
Donna is certified as a professional coach through the Coaches
Training Institute.

Appearances
Donna has
been interviewed on coaching by radio stations US 99.5 and WALE
Radio, and she's also been featured in the Chicago Tribune. In
July 2002, she spoke at the International Coaching Conference
in Sydney, Australia. |
