Tuszynski suzannetuszynski@skillsmastery.com Sue began her coaching career 20 years ago as Director of Sales and Marketing for a subsidiary bank of the then Marine Bank Corporation in Wisconsin. Whenthe Marine Bank was acquired by Bank One, she continued her career within theorganization, first as Marketing Coordinator, and then deepening her leadershipand mentoring experience as District Manager for eight banks throughout the state.In that role, she introduced and taught Bank One's National Sales and ServiceLeadership and Sales Processes, taught the Business Banking Sales Process tobusiness bankers, and provided coaching around these Processes to Market, BusinessBanking and Branch Managers.
In 1997, Sue went into a Corporate Sales and Service role to engineer, teach,coach and provide leadership support toward execution of a service process inthe bank's technology and operations division. Within the year, Sue managedSales and Service for all of its community markets, covering seven states. Inthis role, Sue developed a nationally recognized "boot camp" forSales and Service Coaches. Bottom line results included a more motivated salesand service work force, deeper customer relationships and significant increasesin sales and cross-sales.
Most recently, Sue was Sales and Performance Manager for Bank One's TelephoneBanking division, supporting multiple call centers. She also led the design,development and implementation of Telephone Banking's internal QualityMonitoring Process that resulted in higher employee retention, sales volume andservice levels.
